As the 5th Dimension sang many years ago “This is the dawning of the age of Aquarius” but what does this mean for us and for our lives in the future.

  During this one day workshop we shall explore the energies of the Aquarian age and the changes we can expect and how we can contribute to these changing energies.

This will be an exciting and informative day as we work with meditation, visualisation and discussion.

Helen is also available on Sunday February 8th, for individual energy healing and intuitive life guidance appointments at the Soma rooms.

Helen has worked as an energy therapist and life guide consultant for 30 years now, training and graduating at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. Learning under Barbara, author of the much-acclaimed Hands of Light (1987), felt a privilege. Helen spent four years in New York under Barbara’s tutelage, deepening her knowledge around energy healing and learning how profoundly healing can heal and impact on our health and life. Helen has also continued to to study with other world teachers, continuing her studies in healing, esoteric teachings and our human and spiritual journey.
